Detox with Healthy Farm to Table Food

Eat dairy free, gluten free and well-balanced forest food. We grow our own vegetables and ensure our soil is minerally balanced. This aids our body’s system, increasing its vitality and making the body feel clean and healthy.

A sample meal includes hay smoked mackerel, rice water lacy dosa and a local chutney made of roasted peanuts and coconut. There is also freshly brewed herbal tea from our garden.

Breakfast is served at 8 am, lunch from 12.30 to 1.30 pm, tea at 5 pm and dinner from 8 to 9 pm.

Sleep Enhancement

Enjoy quietness, the aroma of the forest, and the melodious sound of the nature.

Combat Aches and Pains

Indulge in yoga, massage, steam, foot reflexology and mindfulness techniques. An ayurvedic doctor will be available upon request.
